Warranty Information
We stand behind our services. We provide 90 days warranty for all projectors repaired by our Projector Service. If you experience the same problem with your item please bring it back or ship it to us and it will be fixed at no charge.

The warranty will not cover any items returned with impact damage, water damage, sand damage or show signs of tampering. Projector repair warranty does not cover the light bulb. There is no warranty on cleaning services.

Service Area
We only service equipment shipped from and shipped to addresses within continental US and Hawaii.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Estimates
We reserve the right to revise the estimate, if additional defects are discovered during the repair. We always call our customers, when re-estimate is needed and we will not proceed with the repair without the approval.

Payments
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express), Money Order, Cashiers Checks, P.O. (please call before you ship item to us), Cash and personal checks (personal checks for more than $50.00 must clear before we can release the item to customer). Any bounced checks returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Address Change
We will not accept any mailing or shipping address changes over the phone. Any changes to the mailing/shipping address must be done in writing by mail, e-mail or fax.

Pick Up Policy
We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expenses for equipment left over 90 days after the date of repair. We will notify the customer when the projector is ready to be picked up, and if the equipment is not picked up after 90 days, then we reserve the right to dispose of it.

Shipping
Customer is responsible for the return shipping & handling charges. We are using UPS Ground service for shipping all of our packages. If you need us to ship it back by faster service please indicate it on the shipping form. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays or extreme weather conditions. We always do our best to accommodate the customer’s needs, however sometimes there are conditions beyond our control.
